Interview! Exploring AEDP with Leah Subar

Exploring AEDP with Leah Subar https://www.podbean.com/media/share/pb-vpi7d-f36e14

Leah Subar explains how AEDP – an evidence-based, non-traditional form of therapy – can help with PTSD, anxiety & depression, among other things (including instinctive responses to things that come up in interpersonal relationships – interesting!).  We talk feelings, fluff, mind-body fullness… and how some neuroscience ties them together. 😉

Having done a session with Leah myself, I can tell you it really works! So for everyone who is a little skeptical (as I was myself), this is still worth a listen and your consideration. If you find yourself struggling emotionally after an experience that happened in the past, or with some feelings that you just can’t “move past,” this is an unusual but effective option.
