Some topics I answer questions about include:

  • Pregnancy (including tests done during pregnancy)
  • Miscarriage
  • Family planning & birth control
  • Breastfeeding
  • Gynecologic problems/concerns

Interview! Talking Nursing (Again) with Tamar and Tova The P'nima Wellness Podcast

Remember when my SIL Tamar shared her awesome re-lactation story with us? B"H she's still going strong nursing Zahava and I wanted to check back in! Plus her baby sister Tova gave birth to an adorable baby boy over the summer. We didn't manage to coordinate a 3-way call, so listen in to an authentic sister-sister interview between Tamar and Tova as they discuss all things breastfeeding. They're not the "gloss things over" type, so it's a real look into the pros and cons of their experiences. Plus, Tova shares what it's been like to watch the family shift in their attitude towards nursing and nursing over a year. Thanks Tamar and Tova!    For the original podcast with Tamar's re-lactation story visit https://frumwomens.health.blog/2020/11/24/interview-tamars-re-lactation-story/   For more information on women's health topics or to schedule a consultation, visit P'nima Wellness at frumwomenshealth.com
